Specify in “Additional Comments” on the purchase screen whether you would like pickup (in Brooks or Duchess) or delivery (specify which times work best for you and we will try to accommodate them). We will attempt to contact you via email before arranging delivery.

- On the “Cart” screen, scroll down to “Cart Totals” and click “Calculate Delivery”.
- Enter your shipping postal code and “Update Totals”. If you are within an approved local postal code, the shipping should be listed now as “Free Local Pickup”.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout”. On the “Checkout” page, fill in “Order Notes” with delivery or local pickup choice (Brooks or Duchess)
- Proceed with payment. There should be no shipping costs on your order! Free pickup only applies to specified locations (above) and free shipping will not be honoured for any other location (unless we have given you express permission).

- Entering all of your shipping information first.
- At the bottom of the screen, under “Have a coupon?” Enter the code shoplocal with no spaces. Upper or lower case letters should work.
- Your coupon discount should appear below your “Subtotal”.
- Your discount will apply only to all relevant items in your cart. No discount will be applied if you do not have any unflavoured Alfalfa Clover Honey in your cart (although you should still get free local delivery/pickup).
