I carefully handpick the quality goods that I sell at Alberta Honey Shop. As such, I expect that you will be as satisfied as I am with their value and excellence. If, for any reason, you are unsatisified with your product, I provide a few options for your convenience.
In order for Alberta Honey Shop to collect your return, I will require you to contact me no later than 30 calendar days from your date of purchase. For a return, your item(s) must be entirely unused, and in its or their original condition, with no alterations to the original packaging. I also require that you provide a proof of purchase, such as an invoice or packing slip.
You will be notified as soon as I receive and inspect your return item. If approved, I will initiate a refund to your original form of payment (i.e credit card, PayPal). You will receive a credit within a certain time (usually a few days), depending on your payment form’s policies.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs for your item, which may be more than you originally paid in shipping, since we use a subsidized shipping system. Upon receipt of the original product under all requirements, you will receive a refund for your original purchase amount, minus the original shipping amount and restocking fee.
A 10% restocking fee on all returned items will be subtracted from your refund.
If you would rather exchange an item than receive a refund, you will not be required to pay a restocking fee. However, you will still need to pay the actual return shipping, as well as shipping for the new item. The shipping for the new item will be at our web store rate.
